These Terms govern the purchase and use of coaching sessions and related materials offered through https://katrinmoonlife.com (“Site”). By placing an order and/or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. ServicesWe provide individual and/or group coaching sessions (online, via platforms agreed upon with the client) as well as related materials. Coaching is not medical, psychotherapeutic, legal, or financial advice. No guarantees of results are made; you are solely responsible for decisions you take based on coaching.

• 2. Orders and PaymentsPayments are made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via Stripe Checkout/Link.
• By paying, you agree to Stripe’s policies. Card details are entered on Stripe’s side; we do not store them.
• An order is considered confirmed once the payment is authorized/charged and we receive confirmation from Stripe.
• 3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and CancellationsA session is confirmed only after payment.
• Rescheduling: at least 24 hours before the scheduled time (1 reschedule without penalty; additional changes subject to availability/arrangement).
• Cancellations: less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable.
• If we must cancel due to force majeure, we will offer a reschedule or equivalent session; if not possible, a refund will be issued.
• 4. RefundsDigital and spoken services are generally non-refundable once delivered.
• Refunds may be possible before the service begins (minus any non-refundable payment provider fees).
• Chargebacks: we reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks through the issuing bank.
• 5. Access and MaterialsMaterials provided are for personal use only. Sharing, resale, or publication of materials without written consent is prohibited.
• Intellectual property rights remain with Katrin Moon Life.

6. Limitation of LiabilityServices are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for client decisions based on coaching. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the actual amount paid by you for the most recent service.
7. Eligibility and AgeBy placing an order, you confirm that you are 18+ and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
8. Governing Law and DisputesThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Orange County, California, with mandatory prior attempt at amicable settlement (via email communication).
9. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms and post the new version on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of changes.
