0. Educational Nature and No Guarantees

Our coaching services and materials are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical, or psychotherapeutic advice. No specific results or income are guaranteed. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on coaching.

1. Services
We provide individual and/or group coaching sessions online via platforms agreed with the client, as well as related materials.

2. Orders and Payments

• Payment is due in advance via Stripe in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Card details are entered on Stripe’s side. We do not store card numbers or CVC.
• An order is deemed confirmed once the payment is authorized or charged and we receive Stripe confirmation.
• Payment provider taxes and fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• 3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and CancellationsA session is confirmed only after payment.
• Rescheduling without penalty requires at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours or no-shows will be counted as delivered sessions.
• At our discretion, one additional free reschedule per calendar month may be granted subject to availability.
• If we must cancel due to force majeure, we will offer a reschedule or an equivalent session; if not possible, a refund will be issued.
• 4. RefundsAll sales are final except where required by law.
• Client-friendly exception: within 7 calendar days of purchase you may request a full refund if no session has been conducted.
• After the first session is conducted, refunds are not provided.
• For fixed-start or group programs, the same rule applies: before the first group session you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase; thereafter refunds are not provided.
• Chargebacks: please contact us first by email; unjustified chargebacks will be disputed.

5. Access and MaterialsMaterials are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing, resale, publication, or modification is prohibited without written consent. Intellectual property rights remain with Katrin MoonLife.
6. Confidentiality and Session RecordingWe maintain confidentiality and use information only to deliver services and support. Audio or video recording of sessions is not permitted without our written consent.
7. Limitation of LiabilityServices are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for decisions you make based on coaching. Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for your most recent purchased session or program.
8. Eligibility and AgeBy placing an order, you confirm that you are 18+ and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
9. Governing Law and DisputesThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Orange County, California, with a mandatory prior attempt at amicable settlement via email.
10. Changes To TermsWe may update these Terms and post the new version on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of changes.

How to submit an opt-out request

We may ask for limited information to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
